13. View Revision History (Confidential Note)

To view the revision history of a confidential note in NOTE.SV, follow these steps:

1. Open NOTE.SV and click on the confidential note you want to view on the "Home" tab.

2. On the detailed page of the confidential note, click on the "..." icon in the top right corner.

3. In the dialog box that pops up, select the second option: "Record Histories".

4. The revision history of this confidential note will be displayed in a list format, showing each modification. Click on each item to view the detailed content of each modification.
